The new OnePlus 7T is the second telephone company with a fluid display – and very well not be the last. In fact, co-founder Carl Pei announced that all future OnePlus phones will also come with a fluid display.
The main feature of the panel is the refresh rate of 90Hz, but that’s not all. OnePlus also optimized hardware and software so that it responds to touch up to 38% faster than the typical Android phone.
The company is also working with Qualcomm to ensure the hardware is ready to jump into a higher refresh rate. system detects when it needs more performance and call up the CPU cores to ensure the UI remains smooth.

Display Fluid on the OnePlus 7T is AMOLED with HDR10 + support and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. This is a 1080p + panel, which OnePlus 7 Pro is QHD + panel – like Apple Retina, the definition of “Fluid Display” will shift over time and between devices.
